In his upcoming project, directed by Vijay Kumar, Vinay will star alongside Vijay's daughter Monisha Vijay Kumar. Vinay clarified that Vijay Kumar is solely directing the film and not performing in it. The opportunity came about unexpectedly during a film promotion, where Vijay pitched the script to him.
